Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Corelle Pilates operates a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all classes, private sessions, packages, and appointments.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time in order to receive a credit back to the client’s account.

Credits may be used toward future classes or sessions and must be redeemed within the original package validity period.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session start time, as well as no-shows, will result in the session being forfeited in full.

No credit or refund will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows, regardless of reason.

No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Corelle Pilates does not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Credits issued for eligible cancellations cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another client, or refunded.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and genuine emergency situations, Corelle Pilates may, at its sole discretion, consider issuing a credit or extending a package. Supporting documentation may be requested.
