Terms Of Service
Services
Corelle Pilates provides Pilates classes, private training, workshops, and related wellness services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified, rescheduled, or cancelled at the discretion of Corelle Pilates.
Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to participate unless written consent is provided by a parent or legal guardian.
Health and Safety
Participation in Pilates involves physical activity and inherent risks. Clients confirm they are medically fit to participate and agree to disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to participation.
Clients must follow instructor guidance and studio rules at all times. Corelle Pilates reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation for safety reasons.
Bookings and Attendance
All bookings are subject to availability.
Clients are encouraged to arrive on time; late entry (5 minutes after class starts) may be refused for safety reasons and the session forfeited.
Missed sessions due to late arrival or absence are treated as no-shows.
Payments and Purchases
All purchases are final. No refunds are provided.
Class packages, credits, and memberships are non-transferable and non-shareable.
Packages must be used within their stated validity period.
Prices and offerings are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
Corelle Pilates operates a strict 24-hour cancellation policy:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a credit only.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows result in forfeiture of the session.
Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Liability Waiver
All clients participate at their own risk. By using Corelle Pilates services, clients agree to the studio’s Liability Waiver, releasing Corelle Pilates and its staff from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other clients. Corelle Pilates reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund for inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
Photography and Media
Photos or videos may be taken during classes or events for promotional purposes. Clients consent to such use unless they have opted out in writing.
Privacy
Personal data is collected and used in accordance with Corelle Pilates’ Privacy Policy. By using our services, clients consent to such data processing.
Changes to Terms
Corelle Pilates reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published and effective immediately upon posting.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
